Nolan J. Adams, MD

Dr. Adams grew up splitting time between Illinois, China, and Thailand. He then spent over a decade training in Chicago, starting with his undergraduate at Northwestern University and medical school at the Loyola Stritch School of Medicine. He completed a transitional year internship at the AMITA Resurrection Hospital in Chicago before returning to Loyola for residency training, where he was chief resident in his senior year.

His clinical focus is on advanced cataract surgery, as well as interventions for patients with glaucoma disease of any severity. He is motivated by the solutions that emerging technologies offer for patients and the empowerment that comes from helping patients to understand their ocular disease to make the best treatment decisions.

Dr. Adams has fallen in love with Albuquerque, as has his wife, Jenna, and their three young kids. In his free time, he enjoys camping, reading, and following Formula 1.
